A mobile tire service is not a workshop you drive to. It is a crew that brings the tools to you. The tire bursts, goes empty or is cut — you stay with the vehicle, we come to the car park, road, driveway or entrance.
On the phone you give the location and what you see on the wheel. In Belgrade we usually arrive in under 20 minutes. We bring what is needed for replacement, repair, mounting and balancing. We work 24 hours, including when ordinary garages are shut.
How the job runs
First: where you are and what the vehicle is — car, van, truck, trailer or motorcycle. Second: whether the tire is punctured, empty, cut or due for a seasonal change. That decides what goes in the van before we leave, including a spare if one must be moved.
At the address we look at the tire and rim first. The tread can often be repaired. A sidewall, a large cut or a deformed tire means replacement. When the wheel is on, if the car park allows, we balance so the steering does not shake and the tire does not wear on one side.
When people call
A call makes sense as soon as the car is not safe or not practical to drive to a garage. Most often that is:
An empty or punctured wheel on the street, in a driveway or in a car park
Summer and winter tire changes at home or at the company, outside the seasonal queue
A van or truck on a route, where every hour of standing costs money
A fault at night or on a holiday, when workshops are closed
Work on the spot
We do mounting and demounting, balancing, repairs, emergency call-outs and, when the rim allows, rim straightening. The same crew covers cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles and trucks, plus motorcycles, ATVs and trailers.
When a garage still makes sense
If the car can be driven and you have a free morning, a workshop is fine. As soon as the tire will not hold air, the vehicle is in a tight passage or the crew has to work, it is shorter that we come. No tow, no leaving the keys, no lost day over one wheel.
